SERVICES
Live2d vtuber model art
A 2D character illustration designed specifically for animation and Vtubing. The artwork is drawn in separate, layered parts, such as eyes, mouth, hair, and body elements, so each piece can later be animated smoothly. The deliverables of this commission service include a layered PSD file that is ready to rig, and also three complimentary sticker expressions.
Live2d vtuber model rigging
A Live2D rigging commission enables your 2D character drawing to respond in real-time to tracking software, bringing it to life with fluid and dynamic animations, such as head movement, body movement, lip-syncing, and more. These movements will create a more interactive Vtubing experience for both the content creator and their audience. The deliverables of this commission service includes Body XYZ movement, Head XYZ movement, Eyes Open & Close, Mouth Open& Form, Brow Y & Angle, and more. Vbridger rigging can also be done with an extra price for more detailed rigging that utilises more of Apple's Facial ID tracking features.
regular art commission
A custom digital art commission that brings your creative ideas to life, from portraits, half-body, to full-body illustrations. These illustrations could be used for social media promotion and marketing, stream scenes, lore videos, and much more. The deliverable of this commission service include a high-quality digital file (PNG, and 4K resolution) of the artwork.
Commission workflow
The commission workflow consists of the following:1. Submit Request - Commissioner fills in the request form and submit a google drive of references (please check permission setting before sending)
2. Request Review - Aeh will review the request form and if accepted, Aeh will reply with a Project Proposal and Scope of Work. If the Request form is unclear, Aeh will organise a Consultation Call with the Commissioner to clarify details. The Consultation Call is mandatory for any Vtuber Model Commissions, and the call will be conducted via Discord.
3. Payment - Due to the prevalence of AI scams, Payment of work will be paid upfront, or in 2-3 instalments (please inquire Aeh for more details, and the exact payment period). No work will start until payment/deposit is paid.
4. Sketch Review x1-3 - A sketch of your commission will be sent to the commissioner to review. Any major changes to the pose can be made at this stage of review.
5. Render Review x1-3 - A rendered/ coloured drawing of your commission will be sent to the commissioner for review. At this stage, changes regarding colours, lighting, and small accessories alterations can be made.
6. Rigging x3-4 - Rigging test videos will be sent to the commissioner for review, e.g., eye rigging, head movement rigging, body rigging, etc. The commissioner may comment on how they want the rigging to look.
7. Delivery - After all payments are made, the final deliverable files will be packaged into a Google Drive link and delivered to the commissioner digitally via email or Discord messages.
7. Post-Delivery Alteration x1 - (Apply to Vtuber Model Commissions Only) Commissioner may go through the finished drawing and rig and come back to Aeh for minor alterations to the finished commission.

Terms of service
Before sending in your commission request, please make sure to familiarise yourself with Aeh's Terms of Service. By submitting your commission request, you will be accepting Aeh's Terms of Service. Please contact Aeh if you have any further questions.
General terms
The Artist offers only digital services and products, with no shipment or printed products and goods
The Artist will not create content that is offensive, harmful, or due to the fact that the Artist’s skills are not enough for the content.
Specific restrictions include but are not limited to discrimination, explicit art of underage characters, copied styles or artworks, furries, mechs, gore, and gender identities or cultures or religious content which the Artist may not be able to portray authentically.
The Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund any commission if there are communication issues, the style of working doesn't match, or the client is troublesome.
By purchasing the commission the Client are accepting the Artist's Terms of Service
PAYMENTS
The Client pays 100% of the commission price for any commission project upfront. 2-3 Payment Instalments are accepted for high-priced projects, please discuss with the Artist to clarify exact payment terms and amount.
After the sketch phase of the commission has been completed, no refunds can be requested.
No work will commence until payment/deposit has been received.
Payment and Invoicing are done through Paypal, in £
All commissioned work are strictly personal usage only, with an exception for social media use, streaming use. For commercial usage, please discuss with the Artist.
REVISIONS
Compositional Revisions are allowed from the sketch review and line art review stage (4 revisions max.). Colour and small details revisions are allowed before delivery (2 revisions max). Rigging alterations can be made throughout the rigging process (4 revisions max.)
Apply to Vtuber Model Commissions only: The Client may request 1 minor hot-fix for deliverables for free. However, the Artist remain the right to decline on a case-to-case scenario. Please make sure you communicate the rigger's file preference to the Artist at the earliest date possible.
Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to 2 months depending on each project. (1 drawing typically takes me a minimum of 12 hours).
The artist will confirm with project timeline for each commissioned project.
Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
The client should plan launches and streams accordingly, and inform the artist accordingly.
The artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily. However, clients are free to reach out to artist to ask for updates.
Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using the VGen platform, Google Drive or similar file transfer tools.
If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.
The Client must first agree to delays and amendments to timeline exceeding 3 months through standard communication channels, like email, discord dm, or twitter dm.
The Client have the right to request refunds up till 3 months after deadlines if Work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline.
USAGE
The Client receives exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.
Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization. Using the work for social media (twitter, instagram, bluesky, etc.) promotion and stream assets are allowed.
Client must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work
Commercial usage rights are only included if commercial usage rights are paid. (+50% of project price)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which include but is not limited to display, advertising, and printing.
The artist is able to post the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (e.g. Twitch, Youtube) and more, unless a Privacy fee is paid.
REFUND
No refunds after the artist has submitted any sketch proposal. For larger projects, e.g. L2D vtuber models, partial refunds can be granted depending on project stages.
The Artist keeps the right to refund if at any given time troubles or miscommunication happen.
ACCEPTANCE
Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.
Communication
Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.
Communication channels may include Discord, Twitter and Instagram private messages, email or others according to Artist discretion.
Artist response time may vary from instantaneous up to one week in order to provide better or more concrete updates.
